Bruce Willis had a tough time selling his Beverly Hills home.  It was originally listed for $22 million back in May 2013 and he dropped the price to $19,995,000 in August 2013.  Now property record shows that he finally got a buyer for $16.5 million in August 2014.

After all this time, Bruce Willis should be happy that the deal is done and he and his wife can enjoy their New York condo and their East Coast life.

He still made a good money on the place, though. He paid $9 million for it in 2004, when he bought it from Hollywood producer Alan Ladd Jr. — son of the actor Alan Ladd, and the person who green-lighted “Star Wars” for George Lucas.

According to his agent Jeff Hyland, Willis spent a lot of money into this mansion and he no longer needs the property.

The house is a 1928 Spanish home on a flat acre land in a lower Beverly Hills.  It has 11 beds, 11 baths with a 10,379 SF of building which includes art screening, 2 maids rooms, and his or her bathrooms.  There is a pool, tennis court and large area outside that is ideal for entertaining.

By the way, Bruce Willis also has a ranch in Idaho that has been on the market for a while.  He reduced the price by half of the original listing price and it is still on the market.  I guess Mr. Willis is downsizing.
